Who is Sudarma Neththikumara ?

Krishantha . Posted in Entertainment & Music 4029

Sudarma Neththikumara is a popular name in Sri Lanka due to her recent teledrama productions. First, Sudarma financed the production of “Ganga Addara” teledrama.
Sudarma Neththikumara is again popular as she is producing the “Bharyawao’ teledrama. Bharyawo is now being telecast in Sirasa TV from Monday to Friday at 9.00 pm.

Minister Vimal Weerawansha’s wife Shasi Weerawansha has written the theme song of this teledrama and she has also contributed to develop the story of “Bharyawo” teledrama.

As I remember Sudarma was also one partner of S- 3 Entertainment company. The others in the company were Sangeetha Weerarathna (the actress) and Shereen Kumarathunga (Minister Jeewan Kumarathunga’s wife). They organized the big musical of Rukantha and Chandraleka few years back. They also presented Nirosha Virajini’s Adaraya musical.

My questions are,
1. what are the businesses Sudarma Neththikumara doing in Sri Lanka?
2. Who was Sudarma Neththikumara’s husband?

Hello Adil,

I understand your concern regarding your health. Rather than getting 2nd hand information on the internet, I think you should best speak to the nephrology/renal units at various Sri Lankan hospitals and obtain the information straight from the horse’s mouth. You could try the state run National Hospital of Sri Lanka (telephone: 94-11-2691111) – where locals are treated free of charge, I don’t know how it is for foreigners. Or else there are several private hospitals such as Lanka Hospitals, Asiri, Nawaloka and Durdans. You could look up their phone numbers online and call them directly.
