Alliance Francaise would be best for French, and MaxMuller for German. you will find the address nearest you from their homepages.

    Goethe Institut for German:
Here are other ‘partners’ in the country:

Hello Adil,

I understand your concern regarding your health. Rather than getting 2nd hand information on the internet, I think you should best speak to the nephrology/renal units at various Sri Lankan hospitals and obtain the information straight from the horse’s mouth. You could try the state run National Hospital of Sri Lanka (telephone: 94-11-2691111) – where locals are treated free of charge, I don’t know how it is for foreigners. Or else there are several private hospitals such as Lanka Hospitals, Asiri, Nawaloka and Durdans. You could look up their phone numbers online and call them directly.

No. She is a clinical psychologist, not a psychiatrist. But she will refer patients to a psychiatrist if medication is needed.
