  1. Samson says:

I dont think Sri Lanka is civilized enough to accept a public complaint over a public service worker. But you can try reporting him to the particular bus depot.

  2. Jifryhaneefa says:

If the miss behaviour or frud occurred by the conductor toward pesenjors bags and baggage how can I claim the damage? ?

Hello Adil,

I understand your concern regarding your health. Rather than getting 2nd hand information on the internet, I think you should best speak to the nephrology/renal units at various Sri Lankan hospitals and obtain the information straight from the horse’s mouth. You could try the state run National Hospital of Sri Lanka (telephone: 94-11-2691111) – where locals are treated free of charge, I don’t know how it is for foreigners. Or else there are several private hospitals such as Lanka Hospitals, Asiri, Nawaloka and Durdans. You could look up their phone numbers online and call them directly.

No. She is a clinical psychologist, not a psychiatrist. But she will refer patients to a psychiatrist if medication is needed.
