  1. HI says:

    No, it wayyyyy to hot

  2. Damon says:

From May to August, the Yala season brings heavy rains from the southwest to the southern, central and western regions of the island. The prime time to visit the east coast is between May and September, while the best months in the west, on the southern coast and in the interior hill country is from December to March.

  3. fulani5 says:

    Unpredictable to be precise

May be sunny and hot or may be rain the whole day.

Hello Adil,

I understand your concern regarding your health. Rather than getting 2nd hand information on the internet, I think you should best speak to the nephrology/renal units at various Sri Lankan hospitals and obtain the information straight from the horse’s mouth. You could try the state run National Hospital of Sri Lanka (telephone: 94-11-2691111) – where locals are treated free of charge, I don’t know how it is for foreigners. Or else there are several private hospitals such as Lanka Hospitals, Asiri, Nawaloka and Durdans. You could look up their phone numbers online and call them directly.

No. She is a clinical psychologist, not a psychiatrist. But she will refer patients to a psychiatrist if medication is needed.
