What is the best long distance calling card or service to call Sri Lanka ?

I live in USA and need to know a good long distance phone service. i regularly call to Sri lanka and use some calling cards. I have heard that there are some phone services with where you can upload your deposits online and call. But I wonder whether they are as cheap as regular calling cards.
If anyone is familiar with these services please give me an advice.

I want to call from USA. currently I am using pre paid cards but it is a trouble buying phone cards everyday and it sucks dialing different numbers and giving long serial numbers before making the call.
