What happened to the singer Upali Ranjith who sang “Nethangasara”?

Krishantha 1245

“Nethangasaraa” was a very good song sung by Upali Ranjith in 1980-1990. His first album had the same name and with very good collection of songs. He also sang theme songs in few of the teledramas. But I did not get a chance to listen to any of his new songs. Is he still singing or what happened to him? I am curious as he was a very good singer. He had a voice like Athma Liyanage.

Dr. Eliyantha White’s official blog ?

Brenda_Maddumage_facebook 1366

Hey folks, Please help me to find out Dr. Eliyantha White’s official blog. Surely not to contact him, but just to see what is there. I now vaguely remember this guy. According to news article he has tried to be a singer before and has run an auto shop in Kalubowila. His face was always familiar to me and I was trying to remember. Is this the guy who was “trying to sing” and was frequently showing face in one of TNL Channel musical program sponsored by Japan Lanka Auto…or something. That was in 1994 – 1995 period. People like this are common in Sri Lanka, Once there was a big hype about Kelum Weerasinghe and those who criticized them were considered as anti patriotic. Now Anyway please give me this “Doctor’s” blog address. Thanks in advance.

Is Ranjan Saliya , Rukman Asitha’s brother

Shantha 1522

Ranjan Saliya – The artist who sang the “Ahasa deba karana” AKA “Api wenuwen api” Song and who performed in Cinelankaraya with Uresha Ravihari. I am amazed with his talent and still wondering why he does not make one of his own album. Rukman Asitha – The Sirasa Super Star season 3 singer who were admired most by J.A.Milton Perera and classic songs lovers. I heard that these two guys are brothers. is that true?

Sunil Perera Singing Nanda Malini\’s song at wedding ?

Krishantha 1540

Popular sri lankan singer Sunil Perera sang Nanda Malini’s song “Kap Suwahas kal” at Nadini Premadasa’s wedding. Nanda Malini was also an invitee in Nadini Premadasa’s wedding and she was the first to react to Sunil’s song with admiring clap before all the gathering joined her. I am looking for the video of this incidence and If found in public domains please post the link here.

Who is Dayasiri Jayasekara’s brother ?

Shantha 2726

I heard that popular politician and mega star “real star” Dayasiri Jayasekar’a brother is a famous singer. I am sorry, as I have been living in USA for more than ten years, I do not know about Dayasiri’s brother. Can anyone tell me more about Dayasiri Jayasekara’s family. P.S. I like Dayasiri Jayasekara both as a politician and as a singer. I thought he would win the Mega Star award. Anyway I take this opportunity to wish Dayasiri “good luck ” in his political career. I wish he become the national organizer of United National Party soon.

Warning. DHI hair transplants are not success. I have had it and only few hair grew. Cost Rs 350,000. Monet wasted. Some few hair grew but after some time all the hair fell out. When I called to complain they hang up and avoid. Even Suraj who done there has now suffered more hair fall. Check his photos on th internet. Dont waste money. Better be bald.

Dr Upendra De Silva at the skin clinic in Bambalapitiya now claims to do hair transplants. This is not successful for sure. Just look even he wears a wig. Why does Upendra wear a wig if he can do good hair transplants. lol. He does not trust his clinics work. Next time if you go his clinic check his wig on head. It is a good wig. He is bald as a cricket ball otherwise. lol.

In my view the best hair transplants in Sri Lanka is in Parakum mawatha, Batharamulla. A few of my friends did it there and good results too. Cost is affordable and team do good reliable work. Got my baldness treated for Rs 50,000 and my hair looks nice now.

Everyone knows people in Sri Lanka are good at throwing mud but poor at praising good work. SO if you want to grow hair visit all the clinics and find the one that best suits you. Good luck.
