I’m doing a project in school on Sri Lanka and I’m having a hard time understanding what the ceasefire agreement exactly was. Most of the articles I read on it don’t make sense to me, or directly state what it did and was meant to do for the ethnic groups in war. A brief clear explanation would help so much!
