Need a business partner to run an established holiday bunglow in Nuwaraeliya

I need a Business Partner who can Invest Money for Holiday Bungalow which is running as a Holiday Bungalow in Nuwara Eliya. The bungalow having another 1500sqf to construct with 3 or 4 rooms, 02 Toilets plus Roof. estimate cost at least Rs. 2m. presently the Bungalow having 4 rooms plus 3 toilets. Now it is running as a holiday Bungalow.
