How can I find a investor to do a housing project in Sri Lanka?

I have designed a housing project with a new concept. A project like this has been never done in Sri Lanka. But I need a good investor to put money in this program.

  1. CHARLES R says:

a lot of investors are going to be concerned that either the tamils will burn it, or the corrupt similease will demand bribes to let you build it.

  2. I wish to make houses in my own land and sell them at a profitable rate. The land location at Gorakana , Keselwatta. I need an investor.

Hello Adil,

I understand your concern regarding your health. Rather than getting 2nd hand information on the internet, I think you should best speak to the nephrology/renal units at various Sri Lankan hospitals and obtain the information straight from the horse’s mouth. You could try the state run National Hospital of Sri Lanka (telephone: 94-11-2691111) – where locals are treated free of charge, I don’t know how it is for foreigners. Or else there are several private hospitals such as Lanka Hospitals, Asiri, Nawaloka and Durdans. You could look up their phone numbers online and call them directly.

No. She is a clinical psychologist, not a psychiatrist. But she will refer patients to a psychiatrist if medication is needed.
