I need a few suggestions and websites or pictures if you could provide any…. thanks Clarifications: to you lylie, i am not discriminating any traditional food of any countries, i am asking this because we would like to add more or feature some rare or exotic dishes in our indian restaurant and you are wrong because that’s why we call it “rare or exotic” because it is only available in that particular country not in the whole world. Next time before you answer some questions make sure you think twice before saying it.
I watch Swarnawahini Rasa Saraniya program regularly. They add an ingredient called Maggi Rasa Musu in their recipes. I can not find that Maggi products here in Canada. I would like to know the ingredients in this packets or the flavor it ads to the curries. it would be immensely helpful If anyone can suggest an alternative to this which I can buy from Canadian shops.

I have a 8 month old and we have successfully weaned him. We always add little bit of Astra margarine to his foods. We intended to increase energy density by adding Astra margarine. But one of my friend recently told me that it is not recommended to give Astra margarine for children below 3years. But I do not see any health warning in the Astra margarine boxes. We are really concerned about this issue and have stopped using margarine and instead now we use butter. But I would be thankful if I know the basis for this “not good for children” thing as we have given my child plenty of margarine during the past few months.

Me and my family are traveling to Sri Lanka for about two weeks this summer. Unfortunately, I am allergic to any amount of chilli in food… we’re only traveling to touristy areas… Will I be able to find food easily, or do you think I should be bringing the camper food?
