I am a Dual National (British/Sri Lankan), my wife is a Sri Lankan. My Son has a British Passport a Sri Lankan Brith Certificate as well. Can he continue living here in Sri Lanka? DOES HE NEED ANY TYPE OF VISA STAMP ON THE BRITISH PASSPORT? or can he Continue living in Sri Lanka as his mother is a Sri Lankan?

Children born in Sri Lanka who are less than 18 years do not need a visa to stay in Sri Lanka, even when they have a foreign passport.
